This service if available for the property owner who will be using the property themselves and who will be advertising and arranging rentals for their own clients.

 KEY HOLDING AND PROPERTY INSPECTION    Annual fee 300 euro’s

ü        Regular Property inspection

ü        Flush all toilets and run taps to leave fresh water in pipes

ü        Inspect interior and exterior

ü        Air all rooms

ü        Check for pests and vermin

ü        Test all electrical equipment

ü        Check all plumbing

ü        Water house plants

ü        Act as official key holder

ü        Check mail and forward on if necessary

 All references can be supplied we have been on the Coast over 30 years.

Your Property in safe Hands

 Additional Services will be charged as follows:-

Waiting for tradesmen and meet and greet clients 30 euro’s call out plus 10 euro’s a hour after the first 30 minutes.

Change over cleaning (these prices include laundry costs)

1 bedroom  60 euro’s

2 bedroom  75 euro’s

3 bedroom  90 euro’s

 Plus 15 euro’s every extra bedroom. Large villas on request.
